Root Canal Therapy
Root Canals are necessary when the inner portion of a tooth is damaged by injury or decay.
Root canals are tiny passageways that are made in the tooth downward to the tip of the root. There are between one and four root canals per tooth.
A diseased tooth can pose problems like pain and sensitivity as the first signs, and swelling may or may not appear. However, inside a spreading infection can cause small pockets of pus to develop, which can lead to an abscess.
